Terms and Conditions

1. General Information 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Hairloom Salon and Spa and the Head Spa at Hairloom. ("Salon", "Spa", "Head Spa", or "we") located at 221 N Main Street King, NC 27021. 1.2 By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1.3 These Terms are subject to change at any time, and the most recent version will be available upon request. 2. Appointments 2.1 Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. 2.2 Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients or cancellation of the service. 2.3 We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee (see our Cancellation Policy). 2.4 No-shows will incur a charge (See our cancellation policy).

3. Payments 3.1 Payment is due at the time of service. 3.2 We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, digital wallets]. 3.3 Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds and Returns 4.1 All service sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue but do not offer $$ refund. 4.2 Unopened and unused retail products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. 4.3 No refunds are available for gift cards, packages, or prepaid services.

5. Client Conduct 5.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these Terms. 5.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.

6. Liability 6.1 While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products or services unless caused by negligence. 6.2 Personal belongings brought to the salon, spa, or head spa are the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7. Privacy Policy 7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for appointment scheduling, service improvement, and marketing purposes with your consent. 7.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit permission, except as required by law.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions 8.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash. 8.2 Promotions, discounts, and offers are valid only for the specified period and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Commission-Based Services 9.1 Certain services may be performed by commission-based stylists or therapists. While these team members might operate independently, they are held to our high standards of quality.

10. Health and Safety 10.1 For the safety of all clients and staff, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. 10.2 Clients who are unwell, contagious, or experiencing symptoms of illness are requested to reschedule their appointment.

11. Intellectual Property 11.1 All content, logos, and branding associated with Hairloom Salon and Spa are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law 12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, USA. 12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina, USA.

Cancellation Policy

At Hairloom Salon and Spa, we value your time and strive to provide you with the best possible service experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy

Advance Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us sufficient time to accommodate other clients and adjust schedules accordingly.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee (see “Late Cancellation Fee”).

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule it to a later time. In such cases, the late cancellation fee may apply.

Fees and Penalties

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show Fee

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Prepaid Appointments

If you prepaid for a service and fail to provide sufficient notice for cancellation, the prepaid amount may be forfeited.

Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided.

Deposits for group bookings or special appointments are non-refundable but may be credited to a future service at the discretion of the salon.

Messages sent outside of business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.
